In October 2019, 1.4 million accounts from the cryptocurrency wallet service GateHub were posted on a popular hacker forum. The service previously acknowledged a data breach in June, although with fewer accounts affected. The hack data included email addresses, mnemonic phrases, encrypted master keys, encrypted recovery keys, and bcrypt hashed passwords.
