In April 2024, it became known that the servers of the Moscow Information Technology Department were hacked. According to the hackers, they managed to steal 40 terabytes of information. Many services were affected, the databases of which subsequently periodically appeared in the public domain. This also affected the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS), the database of which was published at the end of August 2024. The data contains 19 million unique records with names, dates of birth, telephone numbers, mails, document numbers, addresses and other numerous information.
