In 2022, Ukrainian hackers made publicly available a database that, according to them, belongs to Russian Post and is called “Card Index”. Part of the database consisted of long-known leaks from the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, and part of it was new data. The database contained about 9 million users with information about their telephone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, passport data, TIN numbers and Snils. However, the data appears to be quite old.
