💢 Hookers

In October 2019, a data breach occurred on the Dutch prostitution forum Hookers.nl, exposing the personal information of sex workers and their clients. Hackers gained access to the forum through an unpatched vulnerability in vBulletin software. IP addresses, email addresses, usernames and bcrypt password hashes were published. A total of 291,000 participants were affected.
